This email is in response to the service I received from Brian Watts from Rescue Roofing. Mr. Watts fixed a leak in our roof from an aging satellite dish that had warn over time. Before hiring Mr. Watts and Rescue Roofing we contacted several roofing companies to obtain quotes and we can say with ease that Mr. Watts was the most professional. During our initial meeting Brian was very professional and took the time needed to explain the situation and the problem. He was able to connect with us on a personal level. Most importantly though, he understood that there was no job too small. He gave us a reasonable quote which laid out the exact cost involved with the work needed. He did not tack on extra expenses to make the job more worthy of his time. He also did not pressure us into making a decision immediately.
Once we decided on Rescue Roofing Brian was able to work with our schedule and fix our problem. He was prompt and courteous. He was able to finish the job quickly while being thorough. Again, he explained the problems and exactly what he did. Mr. Watts did an excellent job.
As a customer in this economy we appreciated a company who was willing to work with us on our small job.
